Project Management

Project Management – a comprehensive service of leading, organizing and executing investment projects, including engineering-consulting services tailored to the characteristics of the project and the needs of the investor. The Project Manager is responsible for planning and implementing the project and ensures its success by minimizing risks throughout the project life cycle.

The project management and technical consulting service includes (but is not limited to) the following:

  • Financial, legal and technical consulting, preparation and planning related to the proposed project, to enable the investor’s decision on initiating the investment

  • Representing the investor’s interests on the project and implementing the investor’s decisions

  • Advising on the selection, selection and contracting of project participants (designer, auditor, site supervisor, contractors, etc.)

  • Coordination of project participants to protect the rights and interests of the investor and the project

  • Communication with public authorities

  • Obtaining permits and supporting the investor in permit acquisition

  • Monitoring the design process and coordinating designers and the investor

  • Technical review and approval of design and technical documentation

  • Leading the project during the execution phase and representing the investor’s interests

  • Coordination of all participants in the construction process
